 Meet the Team

care consulting, Paul Courtney, Outstanding Care Solutions

Paul Courtney, Chief Vision Officer

Paul began his career as a nurse, before working his way up to nursing home manager, dementia specialist and director of development – accumulating more than 28 years of experience in this role. Paul has led an unprecedented 6 care homes in improving their rating from good to outstanding, and it is this track record that makes Outstanding Care Solutions truly special.

It is Paul’s vision and mission to help and inspire  owners, directors and managers of care services to improve the lives of those working and living in care. Paul has demonstrably improved the lives and outcomes of workers and service users and would like to continue doing this for as long as possible.

A number of works inspire and drive Paul. These include Moira Jones on Gentle Care, Abraham Maslow’s humanistic works and Tom Kittwood on Person Centred Care.
